Troubleshoot effectively: Independently identify, analyze, and resolve system issues or follow established guidelines. Empower customers: Train new and existing customers on how to use our products. Document interactions: Accurately record all customer inquiries in our CRM system. Drive continuous improvement: Participate in projects aimed at enhancing our services and processes.

Requirements Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English. Patience and empathy: Ability to listen attentively to customers and understand their needs. Quick learner: Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on relevant knowledge. Nice to have: hospitality industry experience. Work schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM in Nesher One Friday per month, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, working remotely.
