Role Description

אנחנו חברת -ERP מובילה, מגייסים מזכירה למחלקת המכירות בחיפה לתפקיד מגוון עם השפעה אמיתית! מה עושים בתפקיד? ניהול יומן ותיאום פגישות עבור מנהלת המכירות
הכנת מצגות שיווקיות, טיפול בלידים חמים כמו הכנת הצעות מחיר ומעקב עליהם.
תיעוד וארגון חומרים מכירתיים ואדמיניסטרטיביים במערכת פריוריטי
עבודה מול לקוחות בחול - טיפול במיילים ומענה שוטף בשפה האנגלית
עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים -הכולל תפעול מעגל המכירה במערכת
שלנו פתיחת לקוח, תיעוד הצעת מחיר, סגירת החיוב מול הנה"ח. ועוד
דרישות:
יכולת התבטאות גבוה בכתב ובעל פה -אנגלית ועברית
שליטה ב-Office בדגש על PowerPoint ו Outlook
סדר, ארגון ויכולת ירידה לפרטים, תקשורת מצוינת, שירותיות ויכולת עבודה עצמאית
ניסיון בתפקיד אדמיניסטרטיבי/מזכירותי – יתרון משמעותי.
