Responsible for managing a team of QA testers, developing and implementing testing processes, and ensuring the quality of our products. In this role,
Oversee the testing process, ensure issues are addressed,

דרישות:
3-5 years of experience in QA, including team leadership.
Strong and solid knowledge of software testing methodologies
Practical experience in agile software development methodology
Acceptance Tests - ATP - Must
Technical approach to modern technology (specifically in mobile systems- Android, IOS)
Strong communication skills
Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TFS)

We enable hundreds of thousands of businesses and consumers around the globe to manage their mail, packages and virtual addresses from anywhere via smartphone. We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to work within the Quality Assurance Team to improve the quality of software products - web and mobile apps - prior to release to customers. Responsibilities: Read and analyze product specs. Raise questions about specs to Product Management
Write test plans that verify that the products meet the specs
Execute manual tests, analyze results, isolate the conditions that cause errors
Check logs and the database as part of verification and analysis
Work with Development to assist with analyzing unexpected software behavior
Document bugs correctly, clearly, concisely, and completely. Verify fixes
Write Postman scripts and run them, to verify that APIs function correctly

Requirements: Hard Skills- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques - 1-2 years of experience
Proficiency in writing and executing test plans and cases
Ability to identify, report, and track defects or issues in software applications
Experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications
Proficiency in functional and regression testing
Knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries
Familiarity with defect tracking tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Working knowledge of Postman - big advantage
Understanding of basic programming concepts and coding - advantage
Excellent English

דרישות:
ניסיון עבודה בתחום מוצרי התקשורת עם דגש על מוצרי תקשורת ביתיים (CPE) ידע ב Networking: Routing, WAN, LAN, WiFi , ONT/OLT ו- Networking protocols- כגון: TCP-IP, GPON, OMCI, DHCP, SSH – חובה. ראיה רוחבית ותהליכית, ואוריינטציה להתקשרות עם לקוחות ולמעקב פרויקטים ניסיון בהרצת בדיקות - יתרון משמעותי. הסמכה/קורס בתחום המחשוב ו/או תקשורת שליטה באנגלית.
