A leading global food ingredients group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager. This role is crucial for driving business growth within Spain . As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead sales efforts for innovative food ingredients and partner closely with food & beverage manufacturers. You will identify market opportunities, develop strategic relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure partnerships. You will also work closely with international development and marketing teams, reporting directly to the VP of International Sales.

- At least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in the food ingredients sector
- Proven success in selling to food & beverage manufacturing companies
- Established network in European food ingredients markets, including flavors, sweeteners, and dietary fibers
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and analytical problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and maintain a flexible work schedule
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related Natural Science is advantageous
