Elsec, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems located in Sderot, is recruiting a dynamic Program Manager to lead cutting-edge, multidisciplinary projects in the world of electro-optic systems. As part of the role:
Fostering innovation and technological capabilities integrated into the company's systems
Gaining operational insight into the electro-optics field and formulating solutions that align with operational needs
Developing and nurturing business relationships
Managing the supply of systems to customers and providing ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle
דרישות:
A relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering
Master’s degree – a significant advantage
Experience in managing complex multidisciplinary projects
At least 5 years of managerial experience
Experience managing cross-organizational interfaces
Experience in intelligence and collection fields – an advantage
Familiarity with the electro-optics field – an advantage
Ability to motivate employees, set clear goals, and achieve them
Strong ability to work in a matrix environment and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
Business vision and marketing ability
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong English proficiency
