תיאור תפקיד:
A leading product company in the center is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead!
Responsibilities:
● Manage an existing team of Fullstack developers and establish a new team from scratch
● Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, product
architecture and other areas
● Hire new team members and conduct interviews with candidates
● Collaborate and partner with product management, stakeholders, and other teams to gather
requirements, communicate progress and deliver on time
● Oversee the overall development life-cycle, from design/planning to implementation and
support to maintain a high standard of software quality
● Lead the technical vision and participate in product vision discussions
דרישות:
Requirements:
● 4+ years of experience in software development
● At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role with current technical stack (Node.js,
React.js)
● Fluent in JavaScript, experience with Typescript
● Experience with microservices architecture, event sourcing, and modern frameworks.
● Experience with Elasticsearch - an advantage
● A leader who mentors, develops and grows his team members, empowers them to reach their
full potential.
● Experienced with large-scale, cloud-based applications
Nice to Have:
● Experience with AWS and Kubernetes
● Experience in building high traffic and scalable performance systems
