תיאור תפקיד:
- Lead and manage global sales/Pre-Sales for the RF/RFID antenna product line, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet targets and expand the customer base. - Understand customer needs, system requirements, and provide tailored technical solutions using our RF/RFID antennas. - Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all RFID sales inquiries. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and threats in the RF/RFID market. - Collaborate closely with the R&D and product development teams to bring customer feedback and new market requirements for product innovation. - Create and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the RF/RFID product line, including trade shows, digital marketing, and content creation.
דרישות:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Technical Sales, preferably in RF, RFID and antennas. - Strong technical background and ability to understand and explain RF & RFID systems and antenna solutions. - Demonstrated track record of successfully managing international sales and achieving revenue targets. - Excellent market analysis and strategic thinking skills to identify new opportunities and drive product development. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
