תיאור תפקיד:
Collect and analyze data from the R&D teams to provide project and release status to management and stakeholders including insights, risks, and red flags.
Over Viewing interactions and dependencies of R&D features and infrastructure developments.
Work closely with Product, R&D TL, QA, and Release manager to consolidate all features and improvements that are being developed each sprint and keep an up-to-date roadmap representation of current and future dev efforts.
Monitoring and verifying that Squad’s sprints are aligned with the sprint planning.
Responsible for infrastructure features and efforts status according to timelines.
Partner in generating features quarterly work plan for R&D.
Monitor the definition of done (DoD) for all developed features.
Resolve issues when they appear and raise red flags.
Creating R&D release timelines.
Configuration of dashboards.
דרישות:
At least 5 years of experience as a program manager
Agile and scrum methodology understanding
Ability to quickly adjust in a high-growth startup environment
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Excellent R&D process understanding and best practices
Practical experience with ticketing systems (AzureDevops advantage)
Experience working on Data-Driven / B2B / SaaS products
Experience with big-data technologies- Advantage
Self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Advanced English written and verbal communication skills
