VP Program Management Experience: 7+ years in program management within successful defense companies or the military; experience with defense startups is a significant advantage.
U.S. Defense Market: Experience with software/hardware projects in the U.S. defense market is highly preferred.
Technical Background: Professional software engineering background or similar; a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
Domain Expertise: Technical experience in one or more of the following areas - Military Robotics; Video Streaming; Cybersecurity; Enterprise IT; RF Mesh Networks; Embedded Systems
RFI/RFP Experience: Proven success in managing or significantly contributing to RFI and RFP responses in B2B and/or B2G contexts.
Software Development Lifecycle: Strong understanding of modern software development practices.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
Communication Skills: Excellent at communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration; able to create clarity and drive focus in complex, dynamic environments.
Travel: Willingness to travel internationally at least once every six weeks.
