תיאור תפקיד:
Large wig shop with thousands of pieces of merchandise is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to oversee company operations, finances and manage staff. Responsibilities: Organize reports for inventory, ordering, and of stock of wigs.
Coordinate “wig lending” program and ensure that wigs are returned.
Record all sales and transactions for company’s merchandise.
Manage all secretarial staff and divide and coordinate their responsibilities.
דרישות:
Requirements 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping/office management.
2 years experience in management.
Organized and efficient with a “can do” attitude.
Tech Savvy and comfortable learning new software programs.
English and Hebrew (spoken and written) at a high level.
This job is available in shifts 8:00-15:00, 15:00-19:00, 19:00-22:30 Work is on site in Har Hotzvim
