Tech Lead Developer A leading company is seeking an experienced Tech Lead developer to join its software team and lead challenging software architecture and development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join expert teams, develop breakthrough solutions, and implement cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain features as defined by product and finance teams (payments).
Provide technical guidance to developers in the team.
Collaborate closely with architects to define next-generation solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality is maintained.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies.
דרישות:
Requirements: At least 6 years of experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end solutions as part of a complex technological system.
Strong skills in Object-Oriented programming, Design Patterns, and Multithreading Tasks.
Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks (Unit tests, Integration tests).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Proven experience in leading and motivating technical teams.
Advantages: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a well-recognized university.
Experience in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
