תיאור תפקיד:
Elbit Systems in Raanana is seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our R&D team. The System Engineer will play a critical role in driving new product features and customized solutions aligned with customer requirements across multiple projects
Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements from customers and architect solutions as part of the core product or project-specific implementations
Translate requirements into detailed user stories, design documents and technical specifications
Collaborate closely with development teams and QA to ensure requirements are implemented to meet customer needs
Write comprehensive System Requirements Documents (SRDs)
Lead the technical design process from concept to production deployment
Work in an agile development environment managing full lifecycle of epics and user stories
דרישות:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Engineer, Solution Architect or similar role
Proven skills in agile software development lifecycle - requirements analysis, user story writing, design documentation
Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud environments
Hands-on with distributed systems design and database technologies like Elasticsearch, Neo4j, PostgreSQL
Programming expertise in Java, C++, Python to design solutions and conduct proof-of-concepts - Advantage
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced R&D environment - Advantage
