thirty-three-year-old michael dubrovitzky, who is married with two children, found his job through the jobnet site.
he began working at netalizer six weeks ago as vice president of development.
michael has 14 years’ experience in high-tech under his belt. he started out working as a networks manager until switching to software 10 years ago.
“before i came to netalizer i spent two and a half years working at a software house as a senior advisor to clients, a project manager and a course instructor,” recalls michael.
“at a certain stage i decided to look for another job because i wanted to advance to a more senior position. i sent out my resume through jobnet and eventually i arrived at netalizer."

“i’ve been familiar with jobnet for years and when i decided to look for another job naturally i turned to jobnet. job searching was a slow process that began with discreet inquiries to get a feel for market conditions. during this period i was still working, so i wanted to keep a low profile…and then one day it happened. i came across netalizer through jobnet. from that point on the process went quickly.
within two weeks everything was closed and signed and i started the job."
“netalizer is a company that also functions as a software house. we write and develop programs, but that’s not all. we also manufacture our own products and market them. most of our products are in the area of cellular. we develop special applications for cellular communications companies. netalizer lives off of the products it develops and is very strong in its field.”
netalizer was founded in 1999 and today is a leading company in the israeli market in the field of wap and j2me applications for the business sector. the company has vast experience developing applications on a broad range of devices.
“although netalizer has just 10 employees at the moment,” says michael, “the company is in the process of growth and we plan to recruit another 5-6 developers in the near future.”
on his post as vice president of development michael says: “i am in charge of the development department at the company. several directions are being pursued here – lots of products – and i’m still in the final phases of the learning process, but basically my job entails managing development at the company, recruiting new developers and decisions regarding the technologies we work with."
“i’m really happy here. this is a small company where life is very intensive. we work a reasonable number of hours, but we work hard. the employees here are highly professional and the work is interesting and challenging. for me this is a real step forward and i really hope to grow together with the company.”
