We are looking for a Space Camera Development Manager to join the Space Technologies team in the ISTAR & EW Division
The team focuses on the development of state-of-the-art electro-optical systems for advanced space applications, combining multidisciplinary expertise and cutting-edge technology
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical authority for the project, leading planning, synchronization, and coordination of development across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Approve and make critical development decisions throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure adherence to project management requirements, including schedules, scope, quality, budget, and client satisfaction
Ensure compliance with technical system requirements and lead formal technical reviews, integration processes, testing, and trials
Leverage deep engineering knowledge and understanding of multiple system disciplines to prioritize and manage all engineering activities within the project
Coordinate and allocate appropriate development resources
Oversee the completion of development commitments and the successful release of the system
דרישות:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering – mandatory
Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in electrical engineering – an advantage
At least 5 years of proven experience in leading multidisciplinary system development programs
Experience in creating work plans and managing budgets
Experience in developing military electro-optical systems – an advantage

לאתר החברה ברחובות דרוש.ה מהנדס.ת מערכות בדיקה לתחום לייזרים במסגרת התפקיד: הובלת פיתוח ויצור מערכת בדיקה אלקטרו-אופטו-מכאנית לתחום הלייזרים, החל משלב האפיון, הגדרת מערכים, הכנת מפרטים ומסמכי התקשרות, טיפול בהצעות מחיר, ניהול תהליכי הרכש, הובלת סקרים לתכן הפיתוח, שיתוף פעולה עם קבלני משנה, איתור תקלות וביצוע אינטגרציה, תיעוד ותמיכה במערכי בדיקה קיימים עבודה מול לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בהנדסת אלקטרוניקה/אלקטרואופטיקה/ אופטיקה / פיזיקה תואר שני הנדסי - יתרון ניסיון של שלוש שנים לפחות בפיתוח, יצור ואינטגרציה של מערכות בדיקה אלקטרו-אופטו-מכאניות מדויקות ללייזרים - יתרון משמעותי ניסיון קודם בפיתוח ו/או שיפור מערכי בדיקה אלקטרו-אופטו-מכאניות מדויקות – יתרון ניסיון קודם באוטומצית מערכי בדיקה , הכנת תכניות בדיקה ממוחשבות – יתרון ניסיון קודם בתפקידי הנדסת מערכות – יתרון הבנה מערכתית, חשיבה יצירתית יחסי אנוש מעולים, יכולת עבודה בצוות, עבודה מול מספר גורמים במקביל ניסיון עבודה עם קבלני משנה – יתרון נכונות לעבודה בשעות לא סטנדרטיות נכונות לנסיעות לחו"ל *הפניה מיועדת לנשים וגברים כאחד **רק פניות מתאימות יענו
