We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and optimization techniques. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic campaigns on these platforms.
Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
● Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
● Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness.
● Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
● Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
● Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize and scale campaigns.
● Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
● Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform campaign adjustments and future strategies.
● Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
● Foster strong relationships with platform representatives to leverage new features and opportunities.

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising.
● Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale advertising campaigns.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
● Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Passion for the jewelry and engagement ring industry and understanding of customer buying journey in luxury sectors.
