מיקום- קדימה פיתוח תשתיות Backend התומכות בזרימות עבודה של AI (כגון Vector Databases ו-RAG). יצירת ממשקי Frontend (React) אינטואיטיביים המציגים פלטי AI בצורה ברורה ושימושית. אחריות על ה-Pipeline של ה-AI: מניהול ה-Prompt ועד לניטור ביצועי המודל בייצור.
דרישות:
השכלה: תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב / הנדסת תוכנה – חובה. ניסיון פיתוח: לפחות 3 שנים בפיתוח Fullstack עם דגש על Node.js ו-React – חובה. שליטה בטכנולוגיות (Stack): ניסיון מעשי בעבודה עם Next.js, TypeScript ו-PostgreSQL – חובה. ניסיון AI (חובה): ניסיון מוכח ויישומי בפיתוח אפליקציות מבוססות LLM (כגון OpenAI API, Anthropic) ושימוש ב-APIs של בינה מלאכותית לבניית מוצרים מקצה לקצה. תשתיות: ניסיון בעבודה בסביבת Cloud, עדיפות משמעותית ל-AWS

תיאור תפקיד:
Senior AI Engineer 5+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar).
2+ years of experience of software development, with a focus on algorithm design and validation.
Hands-on experience building or integrating AI tools, APIs, or agents.
Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as RAG, Agentic workflows, production level prompt-engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

Founding AI Developer Experience building no-code/low-code platforms, visual builders, or workflow engines.
Model customization: fine-tuning/LoRA, distillation, embeddings; GPU inference optimization (e.g., vLLM, TensorRT/Triton) a plus.
LLM evaluation and observability (e.g., Langfuse, Weights & Biases), A/B testing, prompt/version management.
