As Head of marketing, Your mission will be to build and implement a digital marketing plan for local and international market. The plan will be based on all existing digital media. We are looking for a leader who will be able to lead the Marketing team down the line. Duties Plan and execute complex media budget plans. Manage, analyze and optimize campaigns constantly to maximize traffic and sales pipeline, including paid and organic channels. Initiate and implement improvements and creative solutions to increase campaigns activity. Respond quickly to changes in online marketing and adapt to capitalize on new opportunities. Manage SEO/SEM efforts. Establish demand gen program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, aceleration). Set inbound lead goals, plan programs, and measure results. Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to optimize online marketing spend. Coordinate with marketing strategy and sales to align digital activity with company messaging and broader campaign initiatives. Plan and oversee media spend against performance metrics to optimize results.
