A public communication software solutions leading company is looking for a CRM Business Analyst/
Oracle CRM Administrator to join the company IT Applications department’s CRM team, focusing on service-related systems within our CRM environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions leveraging our existing applications and technology tools.
This role will support and enhance key service applications, including Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow), Wrike, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Subscription Management, as well as manage and maintain interfaces across related systems.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with users to gather and document business requirements for service-related applications.
• Design and propose solutions based on existing applications and available tools.
• Support day-to-day operations and user inquiries for CRM service applications.
• Identify areas for system enhancements and work closely with IT and vendor teams to implement changes.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Manage interfaces and integrations between CRM applications and other systems.
